Deleting an account

Several ChiaraMail apps require a sign-in step that requires an email address. When you sign in the first time, the app creates an account for you and stores in Google servers information pertaining to the account, which may include your email address, your name and a profile image. Also, during the course of using the app, files related to your account may be created.

If at any time you would like to delete your account and associated files, you may do so as follows:

1. Sign into your account from the app in question.

2. Click on the Menu button, identified by three vertical dots, located at the upper-right on the screen (see sample image below).

3. Select the last item on the menu, "Delete account" and follow the prompts.

4. Popup messages will be displayed notifying you when your account and all your account-related files have been deleted.
